Relax with the healing techniques of Reiki and Archangelic light

This…..

I started out writing this blog about how I know what everyone feels at the loss of a loved one. However, the purpose of this blog is to share how I feel, hoping to relate to someone else who has lost a loved one. I want to write about my own grief and the journey that I have taken. I have personally lost two fathers, my mother and my daughter. After the shock of loss and final arrangements had been made and carried out, I did not know what to think, or what to feel. I felt helpless. I found that each grief was different due to the relationship, but for me there was one thing that always stood out which I could not understand during this whole death process.

At funerals, why do they call the loss of a loved one a celebration of life? Frankly, I wasn’t celebrating anything. I was grief stricken by the loss of my loved one. I kept hearing things like, “they are in a better place”, or “remember all the memories and celebrate the time that they were with you”. And last but not least, “you will see them again one day”, as if I should wish for my own death and leave my loved ones here on earth behind. Wow, that was a lot for me to absorb! Don’t get me wrong, I cherished every moment with my loved ones that I had. I do celebrate that. But what I do not, is celebrate being without them. So, the contemplation for me is that for every day that they are not with me, I am supposed to celebrate their life. I do not celebrate the fact they are not with me every time an anniversary comes around. I mourn the fact that they are not with me now. Where is the peace in that?

All of THIS is what led me to the path of trying to find inner peace. I began to study Reiki, looking for that peace for me and searching for a way to help others. My first experience with Reiki was in Sedona, AZ. I was surprisingly affected by the session with the toxins that were released. The Master performing the session told my husband that I clearly had healing powers and could help so many people. I certainly was unaware of this. So once I returned home, I researched Reiki and looked for a Master nearby that could give me another session and help me understand more clearly what Reiki was all about.

With that experience, I realized that I needed and wanted to be trained in Reiki and Archangelic Light to help others find peace in their life. Once trained, it helped me to heal personal, emotional and physical pain, as well as spiritual encouragement. After 2 years of study, I am a Master Reiki Practitioner and teacher. I then went on to become an Archangelic Master and teacher. Doing this work all over the country has been the most rewarding experience that I could have ever imagined.
