What To Expect During Your Session.

You can expect a lot from your sessions. Reiki and Archangelic Light can be provided anywhere by someone who has been attuned to the Reiki energy, and or entrained to Archangelic Light energy. It is equally effective long distance! Relaxing music is usually played to assist you with simply relaxing as you receive this beautiful energy. It is common to feel heat radiating from the practitioner’s hands. Other times, you may feel cold, and sometimes you may not notice temperature changes, but you may notice sensations, just as a tingling feeling.

Most people feel gloriously relaxed and it is not unusual to fall asleep. You may possibly feel anxiety, sadness or other emotions being released. I commonly receive intuitive impressions when doing this energy work with you. If you choose, I will be happy to share the messages/impressions with you.

After the session, and for a period of time after the session, most people report feeling decreased stress and anxiety, and increased feelings of peace and tranquility. Often people report decreased pain and improvement in symptoms related to side effects from medications or treatments. As part of the process, some people experience a temporary increase in symptoms or other discomfort while toxins are being released. When this takes place, it is very short-term and most people report feeling better than ever afterward. You may drink some extra water and take salt baths after your session (if not medically contraindicated) to help with the clearing process.

Some people feel significantly better after one session. This is usually the case when you are dealing with a short-term, acute issue and the stress relief and balancing of energy offers you what you need. When a condition or concern is chronic, it is common to benefit from multiple sessions. As this energy releases energetic blockages on multiple levels, gradual improvements may be experienced over a period of time.
