How Reiki Can Help You

Reiki is a holistic approach of energy healing. It is not a religion, however clients may find it spiritual in nature and find it compatible to their own beliefs. It also means the “Universal Life Force”.

I began studying and practicing through classroom instruction the techniques of Usui Reiki I, Reiki II and Master Reiki. When I realized all the benefits and healing that occurred not only to me, but others, I knew that this type of energy healing must be shared. What was even better, was that through training and attunements, I could learn how to give Reiki to others, but also to myself! Would it not be great to be able to shower yourself with loads of positive energy every day?

reiki 1One of the greatest advantages of Reiki is that it helps decrease stress and anxiety, allowing for the body to heal. When our energy flow is properly balanced, it brings vitality to all parts of our body. When the flow is unbalanced, there is a disruption in energy, which can lead to disease. Our thoughts and emotions can affect our energy flow, causing our bodily functions to act improperly.

Another interesting fact about Reiki, is that because it is the “Universal Life Force,” it allows me to provide this energy healing Long Distance! I know it sounds impossible, however, with the right intention, energy healing can be given to anyone anywhere in the world.

There is no one that this healing can not help. Some examples are:
